This position is employed through Radiology Associates of North Texas (RANT), one of the largest and most respected physician-owned radiology groups in the country.
You’ll be supporting our collegial Lubbock, TX team, working daytime hours (Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.), with the possibility of early evenings in the future. We're seeking radiologists who thrive in a high-volume environment—efficient, team-oriented, and ready to deliver exceptional care. Body and MSK experience or fellowship training is preferred, but not required.
Position Highlights
- $450,000 starting salary + productivity bonus = $600k+ potential
- 8 weeks paid vacation
- Daytime shifts only (Monday–Friday)
- No overnight or weekend call (unless desired)
- Work from anywhere in the U.S.
Case Mix & Volume
- General radiology including CR/CT/US/MR
- Mix of inpatient, outpatient, ER, and oncology studies
- 80–110+ wRVUs per shift
