Radiology Associates of North Texas (RANT) is offering a partnership-track IR position in Lubbock, TX — $900k+ proven partner pay, equal vacation from day one, and the chance to build a thriving, long-term career.

- $900k+ partner compensation in 2024 (not including moonlighting)
- Two-year partnership track → equal ownership & pay
- 12 weeks vacation per year (~3 weeks on / 1 week off)
- Balanced practice: ~50% IR, ~50% diagnostic
- Bread-and-butter + advanced IR: Y-90s, TIPS, embolizations, thrombectomies, kyphoplasties, drains, biopsies, venous work
- Dedicated IR midlevel to cover consults & minor cases so you focus on the high-value work
What It Takes
You’ll be part of a diverse, high-output IR practice while keeping up diagnostic volume. Efficiency, decisiveness, and skill under pressure are must-haves. Call is light and shared — with extra pay if you want it. Moonlighting available for those hungry for more.
